Our live arrival guarantee is that you will receive our products alive and in the best possible condition. In the invent that a specimen arrives expired or DOA, please submit a claim form with the necessary information and within the 2 hours of delivery. A review will be conducted, and if no fault is found, the customer will receive reward points towards their next order.

We guarantee that every order we ship, will be alive, and arrive on time. If your order doesn’t arrive on time and DOA? We’ll replace it free of charge and shipping!
Return Policy
Upon arrival, make sure to inspect the order to ensure everything is alive before you adding to your aquarium or refugium. Do not place live copepods in the fridge.
You have 2 hours after delivery to file a claim and report a problem. If the order was received correctly? 2 hours is more than enough time to inspect the order and make sure everything is correct and alive.

If, for any reason, you decide that something isn’t right, simply snap a photo of the unopened item(s) that you would like replaced. After that, visit www.myreefdiet.com/doa-claim-form/ and submit the form. We will review the claim. Once your replacement order is processed, we will send you a new tracking number.
