Chaeto algae (Chaetomorpha linum) is a species composed of fine hair-like, uniseriate, unbranched filaments. Chaeto is used in refugiums and algae scrubbers. It also provides a habitat for amphipods and copepods.
This macroalga is very fast growing, and given the right application can be a source of nutrient export.

PLEASE NOTE: Our chaeto is isolated and clean. However there is also a chance for contamination, so please be vigilant and quarantine to insure nothing gets into your aquarium you don’t want in it.
